"Las Fiestas de la Calle San Sebastian" is a cultural event celebrated the third weekend of January in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico; and for me this event means hard work. As you may know, I'm an artisan, and this event represents an important opportunity to exhibit and sell my art work. But this year I decided to take a moment to go outside the fair and celebrate with the people our culture, and capture some special moments from inside the crowd.
This photo series takes you to my walk from Calle San Francisco, going up in Calle de La Cruz to Calle San Sebastian, finishing at Cuartel de Ballajá where the art fair always take place. Stopping at La Mallorca, my favorite place, for a good traditional breakfast. This is my third photography blog about this event. I used only one lens in this series, a wide angle Tamron f/2.8 15-30 mm with a Nikon D750 body. Here are the links of the other two blogs in case you want to check it out.
