Cabo Rojo-The wonderful cityBetween beaches, wildlife, and historic sites Cabo Rojo is a town full of natural beauty. Located in the southwestern coast of Puerto Rico, this town is known for its beaches, restaurants and vacation centers. But more than that, Cabo Rojo offers a variety of places to visit if you are a nature lover.
As a photographer, time is never enough when I travel there, it’s my favorite town in Puerto Rico. When I was a child, that was the place where me and my family spent our summer vacations, but it wasn't until my adulthood that I discovered the natural treasures and the kindness of its residents. I can start my day spending the morning at the beach, then taking a walk through the Cabo Rojo Wildlife Refuge, and finishing it at the square, enjoying a great cup of coffee made by Hilton Perez. No matter if it’s late in the night, Cabo Rojo square is always full of local people, making you feel at home. I wish my pictures can take you to Cabo Rojo. They are a compilation made from different short trips with four different cameras. One of them my first digital camera, a Nikon Coolpix P500 (photos from 2013) to my newest one, a Nikon D750. Enjoy! |
